Ridholtz over at Big Picture is head and shoulders better than any blog or newspaper when it comes to economics and markets.  I suggest you hop on over there today if you want to know what is really going on without the bullshit and race track CNBC type touting.   He analogizes the four blind men feeling an elephant and coming out with an accurate concept when it comes to capturing the entire market exactly.   There ain't no single or even double reasons for the current collapse and no single change in a single data point is going to change things.  The market is a collection of inter-related factors and very few people can give you an accurate unified field theory.
