$2 Million single bet on Colts

Super Bowl+ those fucking commercials on TV.....What a fucking bore.  A good game was totally lost among the endless commercial clutter.  Not worth watching even though the game itself was good.  Watched "24" last week and the same thing.  I don't know how anyone watches it without DVR or Tivo to rid yourselves of those endless fucking commercials.

Game was won by better coaching and (dare I say it?) and a better quarterback play.  Second half onside kick was crucial as was the fact that the Colts have no home run threat so every pass was short and as most coaches will tell you: the more plays you run the more that can go wrong.

Big time gambler Phil Ivey (regarded as World's best poker player) of TV poker fame reportedly had a $2 million bet down on the Colts at a Vegas strip casino.  Bet was financed or shared with two other guys.  Sports by Brooks reports that MGM Mirage sports book director Jay Rood did not get into specifics but said, “We took a seven-figure bet on the Colts money line.”  Keep in mind that most big bettors manage to "cover" so they have money on the Saints somewhere else.  Maybe.
