Sell Amazon Stock

This is not sour grapes as I have been an Amazon customer for years...until now.  I bought a new and improved Kindle and nothing was right.  Their customer service people were not well informed, was no help at all, AND THEY ARE AMERICANS.  Nothing they did was right and I'm now returning a product that just plain doesn't work because they were sending the wrong stuff.  What's worse, they kept pretending that they were doing a good job.

Prediction: THE STOCK WILL TANK.
