You cannot bargain, negotiate, or have a roadmap to peace with people who don't want it. There will be NO peace in Africa or the Mid-East in any foreseeable future. You can't bargain with a spouse who wants a divorce, a business partner who wants out, or a DA who wants to hang you. There are forces in the Mid-East who just want Jews dead or out of there. Period. The same is true in Africa where tribes just want others dead. Cannibalism is terrorism for people who can't afford bombs. Our impulses are to "fix things". We can't. Yet. Talking with hate fueled people is like trying to reason with a hard core drug addict; they say all the things you want to hear but they really intend to go out and get another fix.
