FINALLY--after thirty days U.S. started garbage pickups in Baghdad. The Brits did everything right in other cities. Many say the U.S. is hampered by the Byzantine bureaucracy of the U.S. State Department that was running things. The Brits are successful because sergeants can make decisions while the U.S. forces need a state department jerkoff in Washington D.C. to decide after holding meetings. How many people are sick because of rodents, flies, and airborne bacteria from the rotting filth in the streets is anybody's guess.
