This could be "it" for the LA Times Just speculation on my part but everyone, liberals and conservatives, is talking about the outright advocacy of the Times for Davis and smearing Schwarzenegger under the guise of reporting news. Susan Estrich of USC, a total Democratic oprerative and defender of Clinton, has laid out a comparison for her classes between the Times campaign coverage and that of the other newspapers in California and has come to the conclusion of outright news manipulation. I now work in an office with several big mouth liberals who are not afraid to spout off and they are also shaking their heads. Two people I spoke with over the weekend are "leaving their Times in the driveway". We could see an editor change. Sending out three of the usual angry females to "dig" up a story that in many cases is twenty five years old that costs circulation doesn't cause job security. This editor is another Raines, with the entire Left Wing staff of the Times supporting him. There could be big changes. BTW if any of you caught Kudlow and Cramer tonight with a guest "newsman" from MSNBC in Los Angeles, Larry O'Donnel (sic) who claimed to read the accurate LA Times coverage, you know why MSNBC is the lowest rated station on cable. The guy is a complete media crap artist. Without a clue and arrogant as hell.
