HOWARD DEAN: Don't misunderestimate him. I don't know what the GOP is grinning about. Dean ran a totally solvent government in Vermont. He put in a lot of popular medical care. And dumb guys don't get to be doctors. That "eeeehaa" cheer that got him into so much trouble was a function of him not understanding what a TV camera can do to you. Nobody who was in the hall at the time thought there was anything wrong.

Howard Dean is good, and everybody better stop thinking of him as a dope. Remember what the Democrats did to themselves by thinking Bush was a moron. The "moron" Dean will do an outstanding job.
