Bengal qb Carson Palmer re-considered; emailer Ron M. reminds me that Palmer had a big rep for being stupid while at USC. He continually lost track of downs, couldn't remember routes, and made some major mental blunders (he single handedly lost the 2001 Oregon game USC had in the bag) that cost games. All that was before Norm Chow and Carroll established themselves and Palmer became All Galaxy. Don't get too excited Bengal fans, the "old" Carson Palmer may still lurk within. Cheer, and pray too.
