BILLIONAIRE LEFT MAKES MOVIES AND DON'T CARE ABOUT GROSSES

Note; this post is a synthesis of two separate posts from yesterday so that the reader can easily comprehend the subject matter.

I have been asking myself for more than a year why studio shareholders put up with the senseless expenditures of money for Left Wing movies most people will never go to see. The costs of the movies that are made don't represent all monies spent on them, prints and advertising cost a ton for even a cheap movie. The non political Hostel cost $4mil to make and it took another $18mil to market as an example of a hit. A movie like Syriana with Clooney and his Lefty pals raking in a ton of money up front (even though Clooney pressured everyone to take less than usual) is going to lose around $50mil before it's over when prints and advertising are considered; the horrible feminist rant, North Country, starring people who have never been movie stars (a star is defined as an actor or actress who can "open" a movie with an amount of money equal to the cost of production, or $100mil). Neither Sissy Spacek, nor the unknown---except for her bra size---Charlize Theron, the overpaid stars in their tortured "progressive" cinematic bowel movement, could rescue this political raw sewage. North Country cost around $60 mil with prints and advertising and was pulled from theatres after grossing less than $18mil (meaning the studio got back $9mil). All the Lefty movies put together have lost about $100mil so far, but the money keeps showing up.

Why? How?

Well another Left godzillionaire, Ebay founder Jeff Skoll, is the guy with the deepest pockets in the movie making room. He and he alone (he pulled in some co-conspirators later) financed North Country, Syriana, American Gun (a hate guns rant), and Good Night and Good Luck, all movies that have lost their asses in spite of Left Wing reviewers praising them to the skies. Skoll conducts his funding through his Participant Productions, which has this mantra on the main web page:

We hope our films will raise awareness about important social issues, educating audiences and inspiring them to take action.

His site then has a bunch of instructions to the Lefties who link there. Skoll is just ONE of the outside financiers. Do studios put up anything? Just prints and advertising; studios specialize in stealing money off the top (I have had up close and personal experience with them) so motion picture companies don't ever lose money on distribution.

The Left now enjoys nearly limitless financial backing from George Soros and his pet money machine, Open Society Institute; he is joined by the Soros clone, multi millionaire Peter B. Lewis, the main funding source for the ACLU; and rounding out this billionaire chorus is the E Bay billionaire, Jeff Skoll. It's important to note that these people are labeled "deconstrutionists" and that term applies to deconstructing entire countries, starting with Israel and then moving on to Eastern Europe and then the U.S. The awesome financial clout of the far Left is applied to publishing and movie making, with the movies being made assured of ink generating publicity at super Lefty Robert Redford's "Sundance Film Fest," always to be followed up by the chorus of totally Left Wing movie reviewers in the nation's Left Wing Press. These Hard Left financiers can afford to lose hundreds of millions of dollars on lousy agit prop movies and not even feel it. They are out to ruin this country and they admit it.

There are other movie backers who will only support Left Wing movies and they don't care of they make money or not either, so long as they make the political statement wanted. "Bought and Paid For" should be stamped on the foreheads of every Hollywood producer, writer, director, and actor.

You should know that the sole purpose of luring you into the theatre is to convince you in a mind numbing way that America stinks and must be destroyed; But not to worry, it will be replaced by a "progressive" system, a world without either Israel or those pesky democracies telling too rich geniuses what to do.
