Impossible: if you had a hundred pounds of 2% uranium you might be able to get a few ounces of 90% at best and you need a hundred pounds. If Russia does the enriching it will take the fear off the table, BUT nothing will stop Iran from enriching their own uranium and from all reports they have plenty to enrich.
