POST OFFICE TALES: The USPS has known for three months that thirty nine cent stamps would have to be available for the new rate hike effective 1/9. As of this morning, 1/10, there were no stamps anywhere in LA, the post office refused to sell any, and if you wanted to mail something you had to stand in lines 15 deep at every window to get a paper stamp that would be glued onto your package or letter.

I hate the USPS and everybody in it. Do your part and email everything, and pay your bills on line so they die.
