Energy: gasoline futures are now trading at $1.50 per gallon (this is not the delivery price to refineries). If you add $.61 to the futures price you should arrive at the retail price...........WITHOUT TAXES and before all the additives (especially the local requirements). Here in the sunshine state we have a $.36 per gallon tax which means that gasoline may never drop below $2 per gallon, at least in my son's lifetime. Gasoline will have to trade at this level for several weeks before the futures prices are reflected at the pump.
