BP AGENTS NIFONGED

The Border Patrol Agent case gets worse and worse. It is now proven that the government withheld "exculpatory" evidence from the defense that would have proven their innocence. In short they have been "Nifonged." There is a blog devoted entirely to the legal issues of the case HERE. WND, who have been on top of this thing for at least a month has some goods HERE. The more this goes on the more it is obvious that the Bush White House is complicit in this outrage. The outside legal opinion is that only Congress can reverse this case and the Democrats, interested only in open borders, will never open this up. This is much worse than the Duke Rape case we have all been so pissed about.
