USC could easily been dropped to #4 after their pathetic sixteen penalty performance against a fair Washington team. That many penalties is a revelation that the team is undisciplined. Oregon, even though they "lost" to CAL (so dog tired at the end that they couldn't stand up) is the only real non USC team on the coast. Sleeper? Beware ASU, good coach, notorious for recruiting in the inner cities, and speed to burn. All football games on TV are ruined by asshole announcers who think they are funny and are somehow political sages (liberal, natch).
