All of Reynolds is worth reading today, especially the rather long piece on how Houston and Galvaston are coping with Ike compared to the whining and corrupt welfare bums in New Orleans.  And should you stay abreast of the bailout you will learn that it's bribe taking Congress that is at fault for doing nothing in spite of an avalanche of warnings by everyone who is anyone ever since 1992.  Congresses that were controlled by Republicans and Democrats.  Could it be that the entire structure of our government is broken (corrupted)?
