Obama speech this AM with genius Treasury Jerk Geithner in tow was just: "My policies have solved the economic crises; recovery is happening; let's move on to the important stuff like a killer tax hike to support a new medical plan; another killer tax hike to support "greening" our energy delivery system without new supplies of oil, gas, or nuclear; and more killer taxes needed to support the Democratic agenda." Alfred E Obama strikes again. AIG? solved, insane Credit Default Swaps hanging over every market don't need to be solved because the banking system has been fixed. Don't talk about the total conflict of interest between Administration flunkies from Goldman Sachs doing stuff to only benefit Goldman Sachs. Keeping an eye on earmarks? An eye? Jesus, you know I was only kidding.

Actually, Bernanke has done a terrific job, albeit under the radar. His early steps back in September saved the entire financial system of the world. I didn't realize it then but I do now.
