BofA caves to the Feds: until you have a fucking federal bureaucrat lean on your desk like he owns it and threatens your license or livelihood you don't really know what goes through a person's head when threatened by them. They flat own your ass if you are federally licensed and you either do what they want or you are out the door; no probable cause, rules of evidence, or even time to call your lawyer. It's either their way or the highway and right now. BofA CEO Ken Lewis was handed a death sentence and the only question was when he was to be executed.
