And I'll be seeing precisely two of those: Harry Potter, and the Tarantino/Pitt pic.
All the rest fall into my verboten list: teenage angst, chick flicks, horror/gore-fests and spec-effects jerkoffs.
Watched Seven Pounds last night, and was enchanted.
Watched Wall-E the night before, and afterwards felt as though I'd eaten 10 lbs of cotton candy: no sustenance, no lasting value, and a vague feeling of nausea.
I suspect that most of the "big" movies of the summer are going to fall into the latter category.
