Ready for the Rape Victim Tax?

We in California face huge deficits because we can't pay for stuff with the taxes collected. Governor Schwarzenegger has proposed taxing marijuana and selling San Quentin in an effort to generate some revenue. He doesn't go nearly far enough. Other untapped chances to raise money should be used. Here are but a few:

1. The abortion tax. Easy to enforce and collect.
2. Right to Choose tax in which every baby born is taxed for sixteen years.
3. The dope dealer tax. A huge potential revenue source. Every person arrested for dealing drugs must pay a tax or face trial. (a guaranteed monster tax generator)
4. The felon arrestee tax. In order to get a fair trial all persons charged with a felony must pay a tax. Tax is doubled if the felon wants a lawyer.
5. The Freedom of Information tax, in which anyone expressing an opinion about anything that doesn't praise the party in office must pay a tax.
6. The Rape Victim Tax, in addition to the extra revenue generated this will also result in fewer rapes being reported thus freeing up police for other things like taxing prostitutes and homosexuals.
7. The Ponzi Tax in which all Ponzi victims must pay a tax on the money they were swindled out of. Will cut down the number of whiners.
8. The widows and orphans tax. This will cover the whiners who can't pay the new taxes.

There are other revenue sources like a Disabled Veteran Tax, a Charity Donor Tax, an Unemployed Tax which rises for each month the flake stays unemployed, the refusal to accept Government Aid Tax, and hundreds of other sources.
