Weiner Trolling for Minnows

I doubt that scumbag Weiner was after high school girls, it's just that when you toss a baited hook into the water your never know if you attracted a shark or a minnow until it's too late.  When a minnow actually bites it becomes the fisherman's responsibility to throw it back and GTF out of the area forever.  He had to attract ugly old ladies, young girls, and homosexual males; he had to.  It's a cinch that he attracted plenty of jail bait and so now it's good bye to a nasty guy
