FRAUD at the don't call list I dare you to call any of the numbers you are supposed to call if you get a sales call. You will be referred twice, then to a phone tree, then told to go on the web. On the web you will be directed hither and yon, asked all kinds of questions, and if you have the patience you will be told that if the salesman calls again you should call back. Guess who told me this first? A guy hustling a phony Regulation D stock. He was asking me to go to work there because "we have a year at least" before anybody does anything.

I called and got tired. Call yourself. This is another government bullshit deal. Here is the start of the bullshit you have to go through.

HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT

IF YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS REGISTERED AND YOU RECEIVE A TELEMARKETING CALL AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003 YOU MAY FILE A COMPLAINT HERE.

TO FILE A COMPLAINT:

1. Your phone number must be on the National Do Not Call Registry.

If you register your phone number between June 27 and August 31, 2003, and you receive a telemarketing call after October 1, 2003, you can file a complaint.

If you register your phone number AFTER August 31, 2003, it will take three months from the date of registration before telemarketers must stop calling you. After three months, you may file a complaint.

2. You must know specific information to file a complaint.

You must provide either the NAME or the PHONE NUMBER of the COMPANY that called you, as well as the DATE OF THE CALL and YOUR PHONE NUMBER.

You also may choose to provide your name and address, to help law enforcement officers who may investigate your complaint.

Click on Privacy and Security to learn about how information you provide is treated.
So here is the FCC and their bullshit.
Pending court action, the FTC cannot implement the National Do Not Call Registry. Most telemarketers, however, also are subject to the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) do not call rule, which takes effect October 1, 2003. The FCC has announced that it will enforce its rule (See http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/DOC-239219A1.pdf.) For information on filing a do not call complaint with the FCC, visit http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/ (see “How to Complain”).
So you go to How to Complain and here's what you get
Filing a Do-Not-Call Complaint

In addition to complaints alleging violations of the do-not-call list, you may also file a complaint against a telemarketer who is calling from your state or another state for a commercial purpose (e.g., not charitable organizations) IF: The telemarketer calls before 8 AM or after 9 PM; OR The telemarketer leaves a message, but fails to leave a phone number that you can call to sign up for their company specific do-not-call list; OR You receive a telemarketing call from an organization whom you have previously requested not call you; OR The telemarketing firm fails to identify itself; OR You receive a pre-recorded commercial message from someone with whom you do not have an established business relationship and to whom you haven't given permission to call you.

How to File a Complaint

You can file a complaint by e-mail (donotcall@fcc.gov), telephone 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) voice or 1-888-TELL-FCC (1-888-835-5322) TTY, or mail. Your complaint should include: name, address, and telephone number where you can be reached during the business day; the telephone number involved with the complaint; and as much specific information as possible, including the identity of the telemarketer or company contacting you, the date on which you put your number on the national Do-Not-Call registry or made a company-specific do-not-call request, and the date(s) of any subsequent telemarketing call(s) from that telemarketer or company.
Good luck.
