NARCISSISM UPDATE

The arrogance of physical talent is part of what we saw in the Game of the Century. According to all reports, not only did Bush execute the dumbest Rose Bowl play since Cal player Roy Riegels ran the wrong way back in 1929; Hiesman winner Matt Leinart, threw first half passes like he was on the moon (I've been saying for two years that he will never be an NFL quarterback); and the other super stud running back, Len Dale White, decided on the crucial fourth and two late in the game not to follow his blocker who had made a huge hole for him, but to create his own hole. Narcissim decided the outcome of the game as much as the talent of Vince Young. What can we all learn from this? Not a fucking thing.
