Senators McCain and Graham read Constitutional Rights to surrendering concentration camp guards in Germany during WWII. The world is protesting the inhuman treatment meted out by U.S. troops and offer as proof this picture of Nazi troops being forced to stand with their hands in the air for as long as ten minutes at a time while their thuggish guards do nothing. Amnesty International has filed charges of "humiliation of prisoners" because one of the guards had to wave a white flag in order to remain among the living. Ike and Patton face War Crimes charges if Democratic Senate committee has its way. The Army guards have been charged and will face courts martial.
