Howard I doubt it. After the acquittal the real question is could the defendants be able to prove prosecutable misconduct? And if so prevail in a civil suit? And would the misconduct be so egregious that Nifong could be held personally liable?
Thank you - it is bad stuff. If this goes to trial with no change of venue, the guys could very welll be convicted. So far, no sign of the DOJ,NC bar or NCAG.
