OK, a survey of my type "A" personality right wing fascist friends is that all of us would "do her," that she is definitely a MILF, and at the very least an "Oldie but Goodie." Having said all that the only question about her is could she drop the Big One on one of the Little Ones? We won't know til we know. As for experience? How much did John Adams have? Lincoln, who was a business failure in the 30s, lost two elections, had no job and was elected president and the last I heard did a pretty good job, was he qualified?
