Back in the real world, the one inhabited by people not in Left Looney Bins here is what an innocent little ice cream store in Brooklyn was subjected to. Back on Jan. 18, FBI agents converged on an ice cream shop in Brooklyn. The Bush Agents arrested a Yemeni proprietor who lived three floors above. Based on a tip, they had learned a suspiciously large amount of money -- $20 million -- passed through his tiny business's bank accounts between 1997 and early 2003. That's TWENTY MILLION through a little ice cream shop in Brooklyn that grosses $180,000 per year.

But a review of court files by The Associated Press revealed that prosecutors believe Elfgeeh was an associate of Sheik Mohammed Hasa Al-Moayad, a prominent Yemeni cleric charged with funneling millions to al-Qaida in the years before the Sept. 11 attacks.
Attorney General John Ashcroft (The Fascist) touted Al-Moayad's arrest as proof "the FBI can better prevent terrorism and save American lives."
The real problem here is that this shop continued to launder drug money for two full years AFTER passage of the Patriot Act. Watch for Alred E. Gore to lead the Left in defense of ice cream stores nation wide. HERE for entire story. Laid out pretty good. We ARE in a war, folks.
